From hot tub to American dream
The journey to Molly's Diner began when we realised our hot tub was gathering dust. We envisioned transforming that space into something truly special – an authentic American diner summerhouse. The inspiration for the name came from my dear mum, Molly, who would have adored having such a vibrant spot named in her honour, a place to enjoy a quiet tipple and good company.
More than just a jukebox
While our awesome NSM City IV jukebox is certainly a highlight, Molly's Diner is packed with unique touches. Our retro wall art beautifully blends classic Americana with cherished black and white family photographs, ensuring our loved ones are always remembered and celebrated. Above the doors, personalised licence plates add another layer of charm. And, of course, no diner would be complete without our small bar and milkshake maker, ready to whip up our favourite treats.
Step back in time
When stepping into Molly's Diner, we wanted to feel instantly transported to an iconic American era between the 1950s and 60s. The air is filled with the spirit of a bygone age, and the melodies from our NSM City IV jukebox undoubtedly brings back fond memories of classic hit records. We have created an atmosphere designed for relaxation, nostalgia, conversation, and making new memories.
